The Growth Ministry is dedicated to helping local churches in the Conference grow as communities of loving followers of Jesus. Our mission includes assisting churches in their evangelistic efforts, assessing areas in need of new church plants, and equipping pastors and members with the tools and training needed to lead impactful ministries and foster spiritual growth
